Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jeho p\u0159\u00edpravy byl participativn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fd umo\u017enil zapojit \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum akt\u00e9r\u016f \u2013 starosty okoln\u00edch obc\u00ed, z\u00e1stupce v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch firem, developery, instituce i samotn\u00e9 obyvatele. C\u00edlem nebylo pouze p\u0159edstavit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy a vizi pl\u00e1nu, ale tak\u00e9 shrom\u00e1\u017edit zp\u011btnou vazbu a identifikovat pot\u0159eby v\u0161ech skupin zapojen\u00fdch do \u017eivota m\u011bsta a regionu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed je slo\u017eit\u00fd proces, kter\u00fd ovliv\u0148uje dopravu, bydlen\u00ed, ob\u010danskou vybavenost, krajinu i hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd rozvoj. Aby nov\u00fd pl\u00e1n zohlednil v\u0161echny tyto oblasti, byl postupn\u011b veden dialog s jednotliv\u00fdmi skupinami akt\u00e9r\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejprve prob\u011bhla s\u00e9rie workshop\u016f se starosty okoln\u00edch obc\u00ed, z\u00e1stupci firem, developery a institucemi. Tato setk\u00e1n\u00ed umo\u017enila ka\u017ed\u00e9mu akt\u00e9rovi p\u0159edstavit sv\u00e9 priority, v\u00fdzvy a konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed n\u00e1vrhy. Po t\u011bchto odborn\u00fdch workshopech n\u00e1sledovalo informa\u010dn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed s ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem bylo p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eit proces \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed obyvatel\u016fm. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci si mohli prohl\u00e9dnout informa\u010dn\u00ed panely vysv\u011btluj\u00edc\u00ed jednotliv\u00e9 f\u00e1ze p\u0159\u00edpravy pl\u00e1nu, \u010dasov\u00fd harmonogram a hlavn\u00ed t\u00e9mata. Architekti pracuj\u00edc\u00ed na \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu p\u0159edstavili svou pr\u00e1ci a byl vyhrazen prostor pro individu\u00e1ln\u00ed konzultace. D\u00edky tomuto form\u00e1tu se lid\u00e9 mohli pt\u00e1t p\u0159\u00edmo na ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se nap\u0159\u00edklad dopravy, nov\u00fdch obytn\u00fdch z\u00f3n nebo ochrany zelen\u011b a dostali odpov\u011bdi p\u0159\u00edmo od zpracovatel\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky participace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdstupy z cel\u00e9ho procesu poskytly d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 podklady pro n\u00e1vrhovou \u010d\u00e1st \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu. Krom\u011b odborn\u00fdch studi\u00ed a dat pracuj\u00ed zpracovatel\u00e9 i s konkr\u00e9tn\u00edmi prioritami obc\u00ed, instituc\u00ed, investor\u016f a ve\u0159ejnosti.
