V Chebu jsme podpo\u0159ili participativn\u00ed proces, jeho\u017e c\u00edlem bylo vysv\u011btlit smysl nov\u00e9ho strategick\u00e9ho podnikatelsk\u00e9ho parku, sb\u00edrat zp\u011btnou vazbu a podn\u011bty od obyvatelek a obyvatel\u016f a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytvo\u0159it prostor pro otev\u0159enou diskuzi o budoucnosti m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheb a Karlovarsk\u00fd kraj \u010del\u00ed ji\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm v\u00fdzv\u00e1m, jako je \u00fabytek obyvatelstva, odliv mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed, nedostatek kvalifikovan\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed a nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 ob\u010dansk\u00e1 vybavenost. St\u00e1tn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed a rozvojov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost (SIRS) proto ve spolupr\u00e1ci s m\u011bstem Cheb p\u0159ipravuje strategick\u00fd podnikatelsk\u00fd park (SPP). Jeho c\u00edlem je p\u0159il\u00e1kat investory s vysokou p\u0159idanou hodnotou a podpo\u0159it transformaci regionu. Tak rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd projekt v\u0161ak p\u0159irozen\u011b vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 ot\u00e1zky a obavy m\u00edstn\u00edch: jak ovlivn\u00ed dopravu, bydlen\u00ed \u010di zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di? Aby tyto hlasy zazn\u011bly, byl od po\u010d\u00e1tku zvolen participativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V roce 2025 se uskute\u010dnila s\u00e9rie participativn\u00edch setk\u00e1n\u00ed s ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed v \u00fanoru bylo zam\u011b\u0159eno na sb\u011br n\u00e1pad\u016f pro rozvoj Chebu. Obyvatel\u00e9 diskutovali o doprav\u011b, bydlen\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnosti, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a pracovn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech a sv\u00e9 podn\u011bty zapisovali na mapy, projektov\u00e9 listy nebo p\u0159\u00edmo na informa\u010dn\u00ed panely ur\u010den\u00e9 ke sb\u011bru podn\u011bt\u016f. Druh\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed v dubnu bylo v\u011bnov\u00e1no prezentaci v\u00fdsledk\u016f studie proveditelnosti a dopadov\u00e9 studie. Po \u00favodn\u00ed prezentaci n\u00e1sledovala moderovan\u00e1 diskuze, v n\u00ed\u017e se \u0159e\u0161ila t\u00e9mata jako dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, v\u00fdb\u011br investor\u016f, dostupnost zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de a fungov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9ho podniku m\u011bsta a SIRS. N\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edci si mohli kdykoliv prohl\u00e9dnout panely, konzultovat s odbornicemi a odborn\u00edky nebo pokl\u00e1dat ot\u00e1zky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky participace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky zapojen\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti se nejen poda\u0159ilo zv\u00fd\u0161it d\u016fv\u011bru v projekt, ale tak\u00e9 z\u00edskat konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed podn\u011bty pro rozvoj m\u011bsta, kter\u00e9 doplnily technick\u00e9 a dopadov\u00e9 studie.
