Pro jej\u00ed z\u00e1chranu se rozhodli m\u00edstn\u00ed nad\u0161enci, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dili veden\u00ed m\u011bsta pro odkup objektu a jeho n\u00e1slednou rekonstrukci. Co by v\u0161ak m\u011blo b\u00fdt novou n\u00e1pln\u00ed zanedban\u00e9 budovy, z\u016fst\u00e1valo ot\u00e1zkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cestu participace si zvolil tehdy nov\u011b zalo\u017een\u00fd Spolek na z\u00e1chranu obchodn\u00edho domu Breda, kter\u00fd oslovil t\u00fdm Participation Factory, abychom pomohli realizovat participativn\u00ed proces s m\u00edstn\u00edmi obyvatelkami a obyvateli a kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi akt\u00e9ry.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlem procesu bylo z\u00edskat n\u00e1pady pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed prostoru. Participativn\u00ed proces byl zah\u00e1jen workshopy pro m\u00edstn\u00ed podnikatele a architekt(k)y, na kter\u00e9 nav\u00e1zaly workshopy s ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed. P\u0159i workshopech s m\u00edstn\u00edmi podnikateli a s ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed byly vyu\u017eity projektov\u00e9 karty, ve kter\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastnice a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci zaznamen\u00e1vali sv\u00e9 n\u00e1vrhy a p\u0159edstavy k mo\u017en\u00e9mu budouc\u00edmu vyu\u017eit\u00ed b\u00fdval\u00e9ho obchodn\u00edho domu Breda. Workshop s architektkami a architekty byl sp\u00ed\u0161e konzulta\u010dn\u00edho r\u00e1zu a v\u011bnoval se detailn\u011bji technick\u00e9mu zp\u016fsobu vyu\u017eit\u00ed budovy a jej\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky participace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pomoci na\u0161eho projektov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu jsme se mohli detailn\u011b soust\u0159edit na ka\u017ed\u00fd jednotliv\u00fd n\u00e1vrh a zajistit co nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvalitu v\u00fdstup\u016f.
