Jak posunout diskuzi z obav k informovan\u00e9mu rozhodnut\u00ed? St\u00e1tn\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed a rozvojov\u00e1 spole\u010dnost (SIRS) se rozhodla vyu\u017e\u00edt participativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup, aby z\u00edskala zp\u011btnou vazbu a osv\u011btlila z\u00e1m\u011br projektu. Pro SIRS jsme zorganizovali informa\u010dn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 slou\u017eilo k zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed konflikt\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed informovanosti ve\u0159ejnosti o pl\u00e1novan\u00e9m projektu gigafactory. C\u00edlem bylo odpov\u011bd\u011bt na ot\u00e1zky, objasnit obavy obyvatelek a obyvatel a poskytnout expertn\u00ed vysv\u011btlen\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00e1 na odborn\u00fdch studi\u00edch, je\u017e podrobn\u011b rozeb\u00edraly technick\u00e9 i soci\u00e1ln\u00ed aspekty pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho projektu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Informa\u010dn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed jsme uspo\u0159\u00e1dali v tzv. \u201eneline\u00e1rn\u00edm\u201c form\u00e1tu. Ve\u0159ejnost m\u011bla mo\u017enost p\u0159ich\u00e1zet po cel\u00e9 odpoledne a z\u016fstat na m\u00edst\u011b podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb. Na setk\u00e1n\u00ed si mohli \u00fa\u010dastnice a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci proch\u00e1zet v\u00fdstavu informa\u010dn\u00edch panel\u016f, kter\u00e9 graficky a p\u0159ehledn\u011b p\u0159edstavovaly odborn\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy. Panely byly tematicky rozd\u011bleny (dopravn\u00ed napojen\u00ed, technick\u00e1 infrastruktura, ekologick\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed a socioekonomick\u00e9 dopady). U ka\u017ed\u00e9ho stanovi\u0161t\u011b byly p\u0159\u00edtomny odbornice a odborn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed odpov\u00eddali na dotazy p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00edch. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed byla tak\u00e9 sekce v\u011bnovan\u00e1 rozvojov\u00e9mu pl\u00e1nu, kde \u00fa\u010dastnice a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci mohli hlasovat pro jeden z navr\u017een\u00fdch projekt\u016f nebo p\u0159id\u00e1vat vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1pady do interaktivn\u00ed mapy. K dispozici byly tak\u00e9 informa\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly s nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi ot\u00e1zkami a odpov\u011b\u010fmi, kter\u00e9 si lid\u00e9 mohli odn\u00e9st dom\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky participace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u0159ejnost m\u011bla mo\u017enost z\u00edskat podrobn\u00e9 informace o projektu na z\u00e1klad\u011b odborn\u00fdch studi\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e odbornice a odborn\u00edci informace srozumiteln\u011b vysv\u011btlovali a odpov\u00eddali na ot\u00e1zky \u00fa\u010dastnic a \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. D\u00edky informa\u010dn\u00edm materi\u00e1l\u016fm, kter\u00e9 si \u00fa\u010dastnictvo mohlo odn\u00e9st dom\u016f, a efektivn\u00edmu \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed informac\u00ed se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila informovanost obyvatelstva o projektu.
