Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem participativn\u00edho procesu bylo zjistit skute\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby ve\u0159ejnosti \u2013 obyvatel m\u011bsta, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f l\u00e1zn\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch akt\u00e9r\u016f. Projekt se vyzna\u010doval komplexn\u00edmi metodami, kter\u00e9 byly navz\u00e1jem propojeny a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se dopl\u0148ovaly. C\u00edlem t\u011bchto aktivit bylo zjistit, jak se lidem v okol\u00ed l\u00e1zn\u00ed \u017eije, co jim chyb\u00ed, a kde vid\u00ed potenci\u00e1l a nevyu\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed a rozvoj oblasti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">N\u00e1\u0161 postup<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Participativn\u00ed proces zahrnoval celou \u0159adu aktivit, v\u010detn\u011b hloubkov\u00fdch rozhovor\u016f s region\u00e1ln\u00edmi a n\u00e1rodn\u00edmi akt\u00e9ry, workshopu s m\u00edstn\u00ed samospr\u00e1vou, z\u00e1stupci m\u00edstn\u00edch organizac\u00ed a ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna i mo\u017enost \u00fa\u010dasti online. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed procesu byla tak\u00e9 tematick\u00e1 proch\u00e1zka p\u0159\u00edmo v are\u00e1lu, ter\u00e9nn\u00ed pr\u016fzkumy a sb\u011br dat prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dotazn\u00edk\u016f, jak v ter\u00e9nu, tak online. Participace byla postavena na kombinaci r\u016fzn\u00fdch metod, kter\u00e9 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b dopl\u0148ovaly a poskytly podn\u011bty z r\u016fzn\u00fdch perspektiv. Nejprve jsme se zam\u011b\u0159ili na identifikaci kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch t\u00e9mat pomoc\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek b\u011bhem ter\u00e9nn\u00edch rozhovor\u016f. Tyto kategorie byly n\u00e1sledn\u011b ov\u011b\u0159eny na \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm vzorku respondent\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dotazn\u00edku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00fdsledky participace<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chyb\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed zku\u0161enosti m\u00edstn\u00edch obyvatel s participac\u00ed vedly k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dasti na workshopech, i kdy\u017e byli o jejich kon\u00e1n\u00ed informov\u00e1ni prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch kan\u00e1l\u016f. Naopak metody jako ter\u00e9nn\u00ed dotazov\u00e1n\u00ed, participativn\u00ed stan a dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed b\u011bhem kulturn\u00ed akce se uk\u00e1zaly jako velmi efektivn\u00ed a p\u0159inesly cenn\u00e1 data. \u00da\u010dast na online dotazn\u00edku byla rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b vysok\u00e1.
