M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed procesu situaci ve va\u0161em okol\u00ed a na \u00fa\u0159ad\u011b. Nebo si nejste jisti, jak oslovit \u010di zajistit \u00fa\u010dast konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed demografick\u00e9 skupiny. Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u00e1h\u00e1te, jak p\u0159esn\u011b postupovat p\u0159i nastaven\u00ed procesu a jeho c\u00edl\u016f, nebo jak zhodnotit, zda prob\u011bhl \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b a dos\u00e1hl jich. Podobn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my jsou p\u0159i participativn\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, proto otev\u00edr\u00e1me Mentorsk\u00fd program: Participace 2021.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky n\u011bmu m\u016f\u017eete z\u00edskat bezplatn\u00fdch p\u011bt hodin \u0161kolen\u00ed, kdy v\u00e1m nab\u00eddneme pomocnou ruku a ud\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161e proto, abyste se dozv\u011bd\u011bli p\u0159esn\u011b to, co pro sv\u016fj projekt pot\u0159ebujete. M\u00e1me bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti s participac\u00ed jako takovou, navrhov\u00e1n\u00edm participativn\u00edch proces\u016f, strategick\u00fdm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm a projektov\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm. Vyzn\u00e1me se v\u0161ak i v \u0159ad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch dal\u0161\u00edch t\u00e9mat. Za posledn\u00edch deset let n\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm pracoval na v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 projektech v \u010cech\u00e1ch i zahrani\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsme navrhovali, \u0159\u00eddili i hodnotili.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dle va\u0161ich pot\u0159eb pro v\u00e1s vybereme jednoho \u010di v\u00edce mentor\u016f z t\u00fdmu Participation Factory:<\/p>\n<p>Katya Petrikevich je \u010dlenka rady Global PB Hub a organizace People Powered a m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti s v\u00fdzkumem, navrhov\u00e1n\u00edm proces\u016f i tr\u00e9ninky v r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Tom\u00e1\u0161 R\u00e1kos m\u00e1 zku\u0161enosti s participac\u00ed nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d Evropou, Afrikou a Amerikou.
