Rok 2024 se ch\u00fdl\u00ed ke konci a my v Participation Factory se zam\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme nad pozoruhodn\u00fdm rokem r\u016fstu, inovac\u00ed a dopadu. Tento rok podtrhl v\u00fdznam participace p\u0159i utv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed budoucnosti - od podpory iniciativ v oblasti obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie a\u017e po podporu ob\u010dansk\u00e9 anga\u017eovanosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rok 2024 byl z hlediska \u010d\u00edsel neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b produktivn\u00ed. Realizovali jsme 34 projekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 pozitivn\u011b ovlivnily \u0159adu komunit, v nich\u017e \u017eij\u00ed statis\u00edce lid\u00ed, zprost\u0159edkovali jsme v\u00edce ne\u017e 70 participativn\u00edch setk\u00e1n\u00ed a workshop\u016f a poskytli v\u00edce ne\u017e 150 hodin \u0161kolen\u00ed. D\u00edky tomuto \u00fasil\u00ed jsme vy\u0161kolili nespo\u010det osob, podpo\u0159ili mentees a uskute\u010dnili 25 webin\u00e1\u0159\u016f. N\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdzkum a hodnocen\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 80 ob\u010dansk\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f d\u00e1le upevnily na\u0161i roli v rozvoji digit\u00e1ln\u00ed participace ve\u0159ejnosti. Krom\u011b toho jsme zah\u00e1jili online kurz \"Praktick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dast<\/a>,\" s c\u00edlem zp\u0159\u00edstupnit osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 postupy a standardy v oblasti \u00fa\u010dasti je\u0161t\u011b \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmu publiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jedn\u00edm z v\u00fdrazn\u00fdch trend\u016f roku 2024 je rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vka po zapojen\u00ed komunit do projekt\u016f obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, v\u010detn\u011b jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s investory a iniciativ energetick\u00fdch komunit. R\u016fzn\u00e9 projekty nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d \u010ceskou republikou uk\u00e1zaly, jak mohou participativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstupy podpo\u0159it d\u016fv\u011bru, spolupr\u00e1ci a dlouhodob\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch. Jak poznamenala Anna Wien, na\u0161e v\u00fdkonn\u00e1 \u0159editelka: \"Obnoviteln\u00e1 energie se st\u00e1v\u00e1 agendou, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje hlub\u0161\u00ed zapojen\u00ed komunity, a je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee tento trend bude jen nar\u016fstat, proto\u017ee st\u00e1le v\u00edce investor\u016f si uv\u011bdomuje hodnotu zapojen\u00ed.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V\u00fdznamn\u00fdm miln\u00edkem pro n\u00e1s v tomto roce bylo tak\u00e9 glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na transparentnost a inkluzivitu. Na\u0161e pr\u00e1ce na Seychel\u00e1ch a Madagaskaru, kde jsme radili n\u00e1rodn\u00edm vl\u00e1d\u00e1m, jak zlep\u0161it \u00fa\u010dast na transparentnosti rybolovu, uk\u00e1zala potenci\u00e1l spolupr\u00e1ce p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. Toto za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed participativn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f do modr\u00e9 ekonomiky a \u00fasil\u00ed o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed odolnosti oce\u00e1n\u016f je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u00e9. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee \u010del\u00edme nal\u00e9hav\u00e9 realit\u011b zm\u011bny klimatu, p\u0159edstavuje podpora inkluzivn\u00edho rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed v n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edm kontextu d\u016fle\u017eitou hranici pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00fdch a spravedliv\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V oblasti ob\u010dansk\u00fdch technologi\u00ed byl v roce 2024 spu\u0161t\u011bn projekt Zpr\u00e1va o trhu s ob\u010dansk\u00fdmi technologiemi 2025<\/a>, komplexn\u00ed pr\u016fzkum digit\u00e1ln\u00edch n\u00e1stroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou hnac\u00ed silou demokratick\u00fdch inovac\u00ed v Evrop\u011b. Tento miln\u00edk n\u00e1m umo\u017enil identifikovat a sd\u00edlet poznatky o tom, jak mohou technologie pos\u00edlit \u00fa\u010dast ve\u0159ejnosti. Na\u0161e mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed \u0159editelka Katya Petrikevich se zamyslela: \"Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed zapojen\u00ed se rychle vyv\u00edj\u00ed a my jsme nad\u0161eni, \u017ee se z n\u011bj st\u00e1v\u00e1 standardn\u00ed praxe pro rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 procesy. Zejm\u00e9na um\u011bl\u00e1 inteligence zm\u011bn\u00ed pravidla hry, zjednodu\u0161\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00e9 \u00fadaje a podpo\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed zapojen\u00ed.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V centru na\u0161eho \u00fasil\u00ed je tak\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a budov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacit. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm na\u0161ich Facilita\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdcvikov\u00fdch t\u00e1bor\u016f jsme vy\u0161kolili novou generaci facilit\u00e1tor\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou p\u0159ipraveni prosazovat demokratick\u00e9 inovace. Programy, jako je Akademie participace a ob\u010dansk\u00fdch technologi\u00ed pro ml\u00e1de\u017e, inspirovaly mlad\u00e9 lidi k tomu, aby se zapojili do spolupr\u00e1ce s m\u00edstn\u00edmi l\u00eddry a ovliv\u0148ovali zm\u011bny ve sv\u00fdch komunit\u00e1ch. Tyto iniciativy poukazuj\u00ed na rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o participativn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, pot\u0159ebu vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a uzn\u00e1n\u00ed jeho role p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed strategick\u00fdch v\u00fdzev.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V t\u00e9to souvislosti s hrdost\u00ed oznamujeme, \u017ee budeme spolupracovat s m\u011bstem Liberec, jedn\u00edm z m\u011bst MissionCities vybran\u00fdch v r\u00e1mci programu Enabling City Transformation, na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed modelu participativn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy a budov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacit pro dosa\u017een\u00ed klimatick\u00e9 neutrality do roku 2030. Ob\u010dansk\u00e9 technologie se budou d\u00e1le integrovat do spr\u00e1vy v\u011bc\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch, vyu\u017e\u00edvat um\u011blou inteligenci a digit\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, aby byly p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed iniciativy p\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
