Do you need help with your in-house and public meetings?
Facilitating in-person and online group meetings, public workshops, focus groups, or roundtables, is one of the key skills of our team. We design, manage, and run different types of meetings for 2 to about 150 participants, whether the aim is to get feedback, gather needs and suggestions on a topic, or co-create proposals and recommendations.
Such participatory meetings are a direct face-to-face method enabling data collection from a specific group of people. Meetings can be open to the general public, target members of a particular community or socio-demographic group, or can be limited only to specific individuals who have a higher level of expertise, experience or influence on the particular topic. We also focus on specific groups such as youth, seniors, and disabled or socially disadvantaged groups, from the local to the international level.
We have over a decade of experience with hundreds of projects such as:
- revitalization and improvement of public spaces,
- strategies and conceptual studies,
- building conversions,
- participatory budgets,
- educational projects, and more.
As facilitators, we use techniques of guiding, interviewing, and encouraging active participation and can thus work with any size group of participants. There is not just one right format or approach. We set up a meeting script exactly to your needs, ensuring that the group’s discussion and work are to the point and lead to the outcomes, clear data, and information you need. During the facilitation, we focus on the dynamics and effectiveness of the meeting, the clarity for all participants, and the quality of the final output.
We specialize in basic as well as complex, and conflict situations. We use proven tools to mitigate conflict and promote trust, openness, and opinion-sharing.
What value can we bring to you?
- All is designed to meet the needs of you, your team, and the participants
- Conflict mitigation and alleviation of communication issues
- Clear data and deliverables after the meeting
Expert facilitation can be particularly useful where complex issues involving many perspectives and diverse interests need to be addressed, and where a high degree of creativity, consensus, and collaboration is required.
Our internal quality standards are high. We plan the facilitation for the client down to the last detail and also help with communication and copywriting. Each project has a protocol – a written document recording all the information that came out of the meeting.
We focus on data. We believe that every meeting has value if it is well set up and well managed.
