Jana leads and develops one of the youngest agendas at the Factory – the sustainable energy agenda. In the past, she has implemented participatory projects with different focuses, but renewable energy has become her heart’s affair. She is convinced that they are key not only for the future of energy but also for the pursuit of a more sustainable future for all of us. The agenda she is entrusted with provides many opportunities to seek new and innovative approaches with a positive impact on the development of civil society and the quality of services offered to clients.
Before Jana worked as a research specialist in marketing and media research. She was fully responsible for the entire research process from initial client contact, through design to data evaluation and presentation of results. She works similarly at Participation Factory. She prides herself on high professionalism and quality implementation of participatory projects to contribute to the success and growth of Participation Factory.
