The Bootcamp is designed for participants with different levels of facilitation skills –  from beginners to advanced facilitators. Space will be given primarily to practical simulation exercises.

We will introduce you to different facilitation methods and tools for different types of meetings – from small groups to hundreds of people. You will go through practical exercises with us and try out what it is like to be in the role of facilitators and participants in meetings. We do not overload you with theory, our emphasis is on practice. Our team has ten years of experience in designing participatory processes and facilitating meetings with key stakeholders and the general public. We operate globally and in the last year alone we have successfully facilitated more than a hundred meetings on sustainable energy, discussions on public space and the creation or updating of strategic documents. We are also specialists in conflict situations and we will teach you how to resolve them, but mostly importantly how to prevent them.
